Frequently Asked Questions

The most important thing is to listen to how your body is feeling when you're in the sauna. Take a break if you start to experience too much heat. You can open the sauna door or turn on the fan. Our sauna can custom control the temperatures and can slowly build up to higher temps. Remember to hydrate before, during, and after your sweat session.

First time, 15 - 20 mins @ 120 degrees. See how your feeling. 

Build up to 30-45 mins @ 130-140 degrees

It is  a more mild heat compared to traditional or steam sauna and can stay in longer.

Infrared Saunas heat you from the inside out. Allowing for a deeper detox at a cellular level. Traditional Dry and Steam saunas all though could be very hot only penetrates surface level of the skin. 

The Cold Plunge is between 37-50 degrees.

We set our Infrared Sauna between 120 - 140 degrees. The max temp the infrared sauna can go it 170 degrees.

Every day is a new day. Some days you are craving the hot, some days craving the cold. Our Recovery room gives you options on creating your own "protocol".

We can make recommendations and give some example routines and find what is right for you.  Some clients only use the tub, some only the sauna, and others like to cycle between both multiple times.

Try it out and see what feels best for you!

Wear whatever you feel comfortable sweating in! A bathing suit or workout clothes usually does the trick. Bring a water bottle with you and a set of clothes to change into.

If you are pregnant, you should consult with your primary care physician before using the infrared sauna or cold plunge.
